Lightning Breath Rank 4 and above (solution) #10818

Describe the Issue: Unable to train my pet Rank 4 Lightning breath. I have the TP required as I have 205 to spend. The ability is in my Pet Trainer book. When I select Rank 4 it tells me that it is unavailable to my pet. My pet is a level 41 Windserpent. It should be able to be taught to it.

How to reproduce: Tame animal with rank 4. Use Rank 4 until I have learned it. Switch to main pet, select Rank 4 and Train (It won't)

How is it supposed to work: Select Rank 4, hit train to learn

    Can confirm, I'm facing the same bug with a lvl 60 mana wyrm. I'm unable to teach it Rank 6 Lightning Breath after resetting its abilities at the pet trainer.

    Seems to be all ranks looking at the rapports, i guess this is the most upvoted one, please merge the rapports and set to fix

    Same issue, leveled a mana wyrm to 60, and tamed and learned max rank lightning breath from serpent in ZG, couldnt train him, so i clearing pet talents, deleting wdb, reinstall, almost thought I would have to level another from single digit levels back to 60 lol... With new changes to BM was hoping to play this - please fix or address so people dont abandon pets and whatnot thinking it is a single pet that is bugged

    Same Issue. Wind Serpant from Thalassian Highlands. Rank 4 from Wind Serpant from Feralas can not learnd to my pet lvl 49.

    Also have this issue. Rank 6 Lightning Breath is bugged in my "Beast Training" spellbook and I am unable to teach it to a level 60 wind serpent.

    Same, unable to train my Wind Serpent. It's my favorite pet. It's been weeks (approaching months), and still not fixed.

    This bug is so prevalent I keep getting whispers about if my pet knows rank 6 or not. I have a WC wind serpent, and my hunter is old, so he knows R6... but man. I get whispers about this often. Please fix ASAP :)

    i got the same issue with my zg serpent.
    after unlearning all skills i cant teach it lightning breath :(

    still bugged, seriosly its such hard thing to add to rank 2,4,5,6 lightning breath training point requiment? its would fix bug. 4 month to fix this minor bug? you guys instead releasing new and new content may need fix bugs first... and for gameplay its not minor bug. if you want raid with serpent, you cant respec it for diff raid resistances.. stuck with zg serpent who i cant retrain on each raid for specific resistances.. fix it goddamn..
