Describe the Issue:

My pet's Lightning Breath rank 2 & 4 are bugged & not trainable for my Mana Wyrm pet, but rank 1 & 3 appear to be okay.  I deleted my WTB folders & relogged, & also untrained all my pet skills hoping to fix the issue by retraining from scratch.  My Mana Wyrm had rank 3 trained & has used it quite a bit.  Just trained rank 4 from random serpent to teach my pet  but it comes up blank (no minimum lvl info or details) like rank 2 on pet training window.  Not trainable, even though ranks 1 & 3 are.

How to reproduce:

Look at the pet training window of my character.  Rank 1 & 3 are trainable & have the details listed for them, but rank 2 & 4 are blank as if not available to this pet (which it should be).

How is it supposed to work:

All ranks of Lightning breath should be trainable at appropriate levels on Mana Wyrm pet (Serpent family in TWoW).
