Describe the Issue: Level 43 Wind Serpent isn't able to learn Lightning Breath (Rank 4).

How to reproduce: Attempt to learn Lightning Breath (Rank 4) on a Wind Serpent that meets that level requirement (36+).

How is it supposed to work: The Wind Serpent pet should learn the appropriate rank of Lightning Breath once it meets the level criteria, and the hunter has tamed a Wind Serpent that gives them access to the Rank 4 variant of Lightning Breath.

    I am having the same issue this is what my beast trainer looks like (see screenshot). Here is another post I made on the issue:



    "I'm trying to train my mana wyrm rank 6 of lightning breath and it says not trainable by this pet.
    I have lightning breath rank one and mana wyrm is a wind serpent so I should be able to train it.
    It's looking bugged in the beast trainer as well.
    It shows the lightning breath skill and rank but doesn't display how many tp or level are required.
    My pet is level 60 and I cant learn the rank 4 or rank 6 lightning breath.



    I have reset my training points and have 300 free and am a wind serpent (mana wyrm) and of the allowable level. I already have lightning breath rank 1 trained so I should be able to train it on this pet.



    Anyone know how to fix this bug?"

    Same issue . I cannot train Lightning Breath to my Wind Serpent after re-training. Very sad. Could someone please fix?

    jup, 100% the same. Tamed a 41 wind serpent with LB rank 4, learned it, can't train it to my 41 wind serpent that has rank 3. Please fix this is a annoying bug, now i need to retrain a pet to become my BFF just to learn a new rank

    same here, my lvl 43 serpent can not learn rank 4 although having rank 3 lighting breath :(

    Is this bug being addressed? I'm still unable to train lightning breath max rank on my wind serpents.
