Describe the Issue: Tamed a Violet mana serpent (not sure on the name, sorry) from the Thalassian Highlands at level 10, it's classified as a wind serpent. Thought it'd be cute as a Quel'dorei pet, kept it. Bow level 18 and me 19, went and got the new skills, bite 3 it learned jsut fine. Lightnig breath rank 2 however, it can't learn even though it's a wind serpent. 

How to reproduce: Go tame one I guess and try to teach it rank 2 lightnign breath from the book.

How is it supposed to work: My pet is supposed to learn lightnign breath rank 2
