Describe the Issue:After reset pet skill, can't train learned skill Lightning Breadth again times.

How to reproduce:54 lvl hunter has Wind Serpent pet, unlearn all skill on the pet trainer,hunter already learned the 4lvl Lightning Breath.pure English and Chinese client all were tested,same problem.

How is it supposed to work:idk
