Lightning Breath cannot be taught to pet once pet is reset. Originally had skill #12121

Describe the Issue: Cannot retrain pet skill Lightning breath back on original pet. 

How to reproduce: I reset my pet talents. When i click on lightning breath rank 4 or 5, it says 
"That ability is not available to your pet"
How is it supposed to work: i should be able to retrain the pets original skill
