Describe the Issue:

I've been having an issue teaching the Wind Serpent I tamed in Thalassian Highlands (Lavender Mana Wyrm) the ability Lightning Breath (Rank 4). To preface this:

• Yes, I have deleted my WDB folder.
• Yes, it's at the correct level to learn it; it requires Pet Level 36 to learn, and my Wind Serpent is Pet Level 44.
• Yes, it's a Focus-based pet; it's a Lavender Mana Wyrm (Wind Serpent), I tamed it at Level 7, and tamed it in the Thalassian Highlands (High Elf starting zone) early on in my adventures.
• Yes, I tamed the Wind Serpents that have it; the tames that have it are the Vale Screecher (Wind Serpent, Levels 41-43, Feralas) and te Rogue Vale Screecher (Wind Serpent, Levels 44-46, Feralas).
• Yes, it has Lightning Breath (Rank 3), which was taught to it as soon as it could learn it.
• Yes, I spent the 10 silver to respec the pet and tried that way.
• Yes, this is on a Hardcore Character (name is Menardi).
• No, I have not tried teaching it Lightning Breath (Rank 5), because I am not of a high enough level to tame a Wind Serpent with Lightning Breath (Rank 5), which requires level 49-50 bare minimum to tame one.

How to reproduce:

• As the Hunter class, go to Thalassian Highlands (High Elf starting zone).
• Find a Mana Wyrm (Wind Serpent).
• Tame the Mana Wyrm (Wind Serpent)
• Level the Mana Wyrm (Wind Serpent) to Level 36.
• Tame one of the following:
  
  • Vale Screecher (Wind Serpent, 41-43, Feralas)
  • Rogue Vale Screecher (Wind Serpent, 44-46, Feralas)
• Unlock the ability  Lightning Breath (Rank 4) by fighting alongside the Wind Serpent until you learn it.
• Try to teach Lightning Breath (Rank 4) to your Mana Wyrm (Wind Serpent) once it has reached Level 36.
• The Wind Serpent will not learn Lightning Breath (Rank 4). Instead, you will get the error "That ability is not available to your pet".

How is it supposed to work:
The ability Lightning Breath (Rank 4) is supposed to be learnable by the Mana Wyrm (Wind Serpent) at Pet Level 36, with Lightning Breath (Rank 5) learnable at Pet Level 48 and Lightning Breath (Rank 6) at Pet Level 60.
