Describe the Issue: Wind Serpent lvl 44 pet unable to learn rank 4 Lighting Breath, I believe all requirements are met 

How to reproduce: Click on the training spell, recieve "That ability is not available to your pet" 

How is it supposed to work: 

Character the bug occurred on: Vopicak
