"What Do You Rely On?" Bushes not clickable #13473

Describe the Issue: on the quest "What Do You Rely On?" you are supposed to collect Shimmerweed from bushes and baskets but you are only able to collect the baskets the bushes aren't clickable.
How to reproduce: pick up the quest and go to Thunder Ridge
How is it supposed to work: usually you should be able to click the bushes too to collect the Shimmerweed
Character the bug occurred on: Doesn't matter
