Describe the Issue: Elune Infusion is dealing damage to the caster when it procs from Arcane Rupture.
How to reproduce: Cast Arcane Rupture with The Scythe of Elune trinket equipped. When Elune Infusion procs, it will sometimes hit the caster instead of the target.
How is it supposed to work: The target should be taking the additional damage, not the caster.
Character the bug occurred on: Ahrkon

spell 51949 [Arcane Rupture, rank 1 enUS]
Thank you for the previous fix — the patch that prevented the trinket's secondary effect from triggering on Arcane Rupture resolved the issue of it incorrectly affecting the caster.
However, a similar issue is now occurring with the secondary buff provided by Icicles, which roots the caster. When this self-root is applied, it causes the Scythe of Elune trinket to incorrectly apply its attack speed reduction and increased cold damage taken debuffs to the caster instead of an enemy target.
Since this appears to be the same underlying issue — the proc effect being triggered by a self-applied spell and incorrectly targeting the caster — I wanted to document it here rather than open a new ticket, as the same type of fix may apply.
Let me know if a separate report is preferred. Thanks again!
