Describe the Issue:
You can remove fear from your pet using the portable stable "Caretaker Brambleclaw". This can be use outside and inside combat, pvp, pve, raids and so on.
This is giving player a PTW advantage and it is not fair.

The design team wants this behavior to remain in the game until patch 1.18 is out. It won't be fixed until then.
