The quest swap npc is missing the options for swapping the rewards of the "The Depths of Karazhan" kara crypts key quest, horde side. I need to swap this, Please help.

Priest rewards are fixed. ZG trinkets and arcane item res quests are now swappable.

I followed the instructions with the bank, deleted the WDB of the t3 exchange from the tank to the t3 dd is not in the list.

Can't swap ES weapons, they dont appear in the list no matter what i do....

We cannot exchange T3 rings into a different spec's T3 ring anymore, neither at Light's Hope Chapel nor at Fied Rota. I would like to politely ask the devs if we could have the ability to do this again.

Added option to swap T3 rings at Feid Rota

Only it missed some option for pala. Compared to yesterday, 1 option has been added to change from healing ring to prot, but there are no options for the ret ring. Tested on a clean client from the turtle site.

Can't swap C'thun reward, only has one option. If you click that, the option jumps between two items the third one disappears

I solved it by placing every other piece of the set in the bank and then Talking to Feid Rota with only my Avenger's Sabatons in my bag.

Unable to swap Mantle of Faith to Shoulderpads of Faith

Priest T2.5 legs of the oracle were swaped for priest T3 dps shoulder set. now the option to change shoulders of faith back to T3 legs is not an option. ALso no option to change dps t3 shoulders into healing t3 shoulders. I disabled all addons, put shoulders in bank, and deleted wdb folder twice.

i tryed to change my t3 healing shoulders for t3 shadow shoulders with priest , and nothing .....
tryed all ways , was disabling addons , deleted WDB folder.....
mybe its cuz about the name of item ?
originaly was shoulders of faith , now they are mantle of faith (the healing once)
and now shoulders of faith are dps spec

im having the same issue. i did as recommended with no addons, delete wdb. the item is in my bags because i can swap the druid t3 healing belt for the boomie one but i cannot swap either the healing belt or boomie belt for the feral belt.

I cannot trade my 2.5 warrior pieces, head shoulders and boots. I followed the advice of the 1st post and still doesn't work. I see other quest reward options, and then i click show more and the 2nd page is blank. It then won't let me go back to the 1st page. I have done the turn ins on another character it is just not working for my warrior, weird bug.

It appears that whatever loaded on the first page shows, but nothing after that even after swapping items around. See More only leads to more blank pages.

Troubleshooting:
Closed WoW, deleted WDB, launched from Exe and disabled all addons, issue persists
installed new WoW client, issue persists
Installed WoW client on separate computer, issue persists

I am unable to swap the holy damage set to the + spell damage set. My only option is to change to the healing version. I have tried closing twow and deleting my wbd folder as suggested above, but it still won't work.

I tried to swap Soul Harvester, and tried "show more", but it's not working. It's even showing the same options twice

Paladin Tier 3 rings only get to swap between Signet of Redemption (prot) and Ring of Redemption (holy), doesn't let me choose the ret one, Band of Redemption

Druid Tier 3 rings only get to swap between Signet of Dreamwalker (Balance) and Ring of Dreamwalker (Restoration), doesn't let me choose the Feral one, Band of Dreamwalker

On relation to the Druid ring comment, I put some swappable items back in the bank to LOWER the number of items in my bags and it WORKED!!! THe ring can now be converted to feral!

The option for amulet of the fallen god from c'thun is still not available followed the instructions and still doesn't work other option is there for cloak of fallen god and back to ring but not amulet.

I am unable to swap my Cloak of the Fallen God (C'thun head quest) for the Amulet of the fallen god. I can keep converting from Cloak -> Ring and back again but amulet is never an option. I have tried disabling addons and putting the item in the bank a few times.

Currently, there is only an option to exchange mage t3 rings, but not acquire the additional opposite set, once you have done a token turn in. Prior to the change to token turns ins for t3 rings, I believe, you could sell an existing arcane set t3 ring to a repair bot, loot the other type off KT, and buy back the opposite set type from the vendor you just previously sold to. (I suspect despite being "unique" they have different item IDs for the the different versions of t3 rings) Could we remove the unique or add back in an option to redeem each, as exchange always deletes any JC enchants and prevents acquiring the other set for people who want to collect or use certain pieces with certain specs or set bonuses. Seems only the t3 rings have this issue/limitation currently.

Dragonslayer's Signet cannot be turned into Onyxia Tooth Pendant, only Onyxia Blood Talisman. Onyxia Blood Talisman can only be turned into Dragonslayer's Signet, not Onyxia Tooth Pendant. Looks to be the same problem Kalha is having.

Tried everything ( delete their DWB, disable addons, plop items in the bank, clsoe the bank, pick the item right back up and go speak to Feid again.) nothing is working for the trade of t2 priest wrist "Bindings of Transcendence"

Warrior T3 Gloves unable to have the option to exchange, I have managed to exchange 7 other T3 items. I have tried deleting WDB folder. I have tried turning off ALL my addons. I have tried logging in and out. I have tried putting the gloves into the bank. Logging out. Logging back in and then taking the items out of the bank. Still no options.

Can't trade my AQ40 Enigma Shoulderpads for the Enigma Epaulets. I am at Ratchet, talk to the NPC, I have managed to trade all the other items but the NPC doesn't show the option to trade Enigma Shoulderpads -> Enigma Epaulets. I have checked the second and third pages and I had the full original set. I have traded all the other pieces, now only missing the Epaulets to get complete set buff.I had talked to a GM, was advised to put items into the bank, close the game, delete WDB and try again. Didn't work.

Quest rewards from the Horde Version of "The Depths of Karazhan VII" still not swappable (for example 'Charged Arcane Ring' into 'Blackfire Orb', Alliance counterparts seemingly swappable, considering the items were changed after I completed the quest by quite a bit I really would like to be able to have it swapped.

onyxia blood talisman can only become dragonslayers signet, how long for a fix on this? and also, why is there not a disclaimer stating that you should use this npc at your own risk...

T2.5 for Mages can be swapped into Arcane but not back to the regular version. Sad Mage noises! :(

Is it possible to make adjustments to the "unique" status for set items?
For example:
I can have Redemption Helm in two versions (for a healer and for arcane resistance).
There is no such option for tank and retribution paladins...

A similar situation with other class sets.
