<p>Describe the Issue: Scarlet Scouts deal too little damage with their ranged attacks. They melee for ~110, while their Shoot deals 30 and the Fire Shot barely hits for 70-80. Since their AI tells them to stay at range and shoot rather than go into melee, that should be at least as damaging, if not more than the alternative.<br><br>How to reproduce: Fight a <a href="https://database.turtle-wow.org/?npc=4281" target="_blank" rel="noopener">https://database.turtle-wow.org/?npc=4281</a> both at range and in melee.<br><br>Character the bug occurred on: Ravager</p>
