<p>Describe the Issue: <br>* in stormwind, pets only receiving RALLYCRY OF DRAGSLAYER WORLDBUFF while standing in Trade district <br>* Despite the player is be able to obtain the buff standing in Valley of Heroes <br><br>How to reproduce: <br>* active hunter pet <br>* Stand in Valley Of Heroes <br>* Player receives the World buff <br>* Pet Does not <br><br>How is it supposed to work: <br>* Well i guess pets should receive the buff if the player gets it. <br><br>Character the bug occurred on: <br>* Sbeve with hunter pet</p>

the pet doesn't get the buff in the valley of heroes (https://streamable.com/iqeb2p)
the pet gets a buff in the mage quarter(checked)
the pet gets a buff in the park(checked)
